Cerberus Dual-Ply Knee Sleeve

Dual-ply knee supports designed to give your knees support, compression, warmth and performance. Made from an
optimum blend of materials to give a high quality finish yet tough enough to handle anything you throw at them giving you
maximum performance. The double layer gives great compression around the knee joints this will encourage blood flow
through the blood vessels of the knee. This will result in less pain and swelling during and after performance of sports and
exercise. The elasticated nature of our Dual-Ply Knee Sleeve gives a great stretch reflex and bounce from a squat position
enabling you to get more reps or lift more weight. Sleeve adds warmth, limits patella movement, and can increase
proprioception (the capacity to feel the position of a joint in space as sensed by the central nervous system). So our sleeves
are more than a mechanical support mechanism for the joint, but is also used to improve proprioception!

Sizing
To get your size please measure around the middle of your knee when straight. If you want maximum compression then
choose the size down from your actual measurement, but be aware this will be a tight fit.
