Shipping & Returns

Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise within 30 days for a refund, subject to the conditions below.

Shipping & Processing

Most orders ship within 48 hours from one of our five U.S. distribution centers.

Return Authorization Required

All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please email sales@warehousefitness.com to request an RA number. Returns sent without an RA number will not be accepted. The RA number must be clearly indicated on the return shipping documents.

Return Shipping

Once an RA number has been issued, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange and pay for return shipping. The product must be returned in like-new condition and in its original packaging.

Restocking Fee

Returns that are not the result of our error (for example: ordered by mistake, no longer needed, or customer preference) are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Incorrect or Defective Items

If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs and no restocking fee will apply.

Return Timeframe

Returns must be shipped within 30 days of receiving your Return Authorization number.

Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received and inspected at our facility, a refund will be issued for the product purchase price (less any applicable restocking fees). Please allow up to 3–5 business days for return processing after we receive the item.

You should expect to receive your refund within approximately four weeks from the date you give your package to the return shipper. This timeframe includes:

  • Transit time for us to receive the return (3–5 business days)

  • Return inspection and processing (1–3 business days)

  • Bank processing time for the refund (3–5 business days)

Refunds will only be issued once the complete product has been received and inspected at our facility.
